The Bell Foundation aims to improve policy, practice and systems to enable children, adults and communities in the UK that speak English as an Additional Language (EAL) to overcome disadvantage through language education.
 
LearnEnglish Kids is a language resource from the British Council and has lots of free online games, songs, stories and activities for children. For parents, they have articles on supporting children in learning English, videos on using English at home and information about English courses for your child.
 
EMTAS (Ethnic Minority and Traveller Achievement Service), a service by Liverpool School Improvement Service, are experienced in supporting schools and families to raise the educational attainment of ethnic minority pupils by drawing on local community knowledge and providing high resources.
